Whole and half birds available. Birds are frozen. If you want fresh, we can do that only on Friday of the butchering week. You would need to come pick up your birds in the afternoon, as they are all placed in the freezer upon pick up from the processing facility.

Whole turkeys raised on pasture, supplemented with local feed. Turkeys are frozen after processing. Available now, sizes range 15-25 lbs.
